Karachi Customs
Broad Peak will try to keep KHI customs process duration at bare minimum for speedy dispatches from KHI.
Karachi Dispatch
Broad Peak will put all efforts to complete customs & dispatch cargo within agreed time lines.
Enroute Tracking
Trucks will report at en-route designated points enabling Broad Peak to maintain tracker sheet.
Torkham Operations
Broad Peak will try to complete Thorkham operations in timely manner. Afghan trucks will be placed before time to reduce operational timeline
Hairatan Operations
Broad Peak will put all efforts to ensure that custom formalities and shifting can be done in given timelines.
Termez Operations
All cargoes will be shifted to train or Uzbek trucks as approved by customer. At this point each truck load will be broken into multiple truck loads keeping in mind axle limitations in Uzbekistan.
Final Destination
Once cargo reaches at final destination receiver will sign POD after inspection. Broad Peak scope of work ends once POD is signed. Scanned copies PODs will be given to customer as delivery proof.

22 Wheeler (6 Axle): Payload 55-60 tons (Or as per NHA 47 Tons)
18 Wheeler (5 Axle): Payload 55 tons (Or as per NHA 38.5 Tons)
14 Wheeler (4 Axle): Payload 40-45 tons (Or as per NHA 26.5 Tons)
40 Low Bed:
22 Wheeler (6 Axle): Payload 55-60 tons (Or as per NHA 47 Tons)
18 Wheeler (5 Axle): Payload 55 tons (Or as per NHA 38.5 Tons)

Pakistan Customs installs tracking devices on all transit containers at Karachi ports, providing visibility of trucks up to Thorkham. For additional transparency, we offer optional tracking devices at an extra cost, extending visibility to the destination across the entire CIS Region. These devices can be customized based on customer preferences, with options including GPRS and satellite-enabled tracking for optimal real-time monitoring.
